It was ranked in the Canadian Hot 100, and Billboard Hot 100, ranked the single at 19. Even Rolling Stone named the song one of the Top Songs of 2015. Her debut Know It All album in the same year. The third single, Scars to Your Beautiful was the first of five songs that reached the top of the charts on Billboard including Canadian Albums Chart Billboard 200 as well as Billboard Hot 100. The track in question was unique due to her interview with the Rap-Up show, many fans were inspired by her story through self-doubt and discovering how to be a better person. Cara's songs often include positive message about mental wellness and how important it is to love yourself. The music of Cara is directly from her struggle with depression, insomnia and other issues. According to an Reuters interview, she describes the album as being half turbulent and half complete. The therapy she received helped her grow and urges people to try it too. Alessia Cara is a Canadian performer who was born on July 11 1996 to parents from Italian origin. Her parents gifted her with an instrument when she was just 10 years old. It was the beginning of her journey with music. 2013 was the year she recorded some of her most loved songs on YouTube, a popular social media site. This was to demonstrate that she had the talent and confidence to be an artist.
